We usually dispatch within 24 hours!
We use a variety of shipping partners with our products including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Star Track and many other couriers.
Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel at all times.

Free Post Information
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49 Australia wide.
Orders under $49 are charged at a rate of $8.95 for standard post or $12.95 for express post.
Express Post Information
Express Post is available at a small added cost of $6.95. This will guarantee 1-3 day delivery Australia Wide.
International Shipping
Due to Covid-19 International deliveries are taking longer on average depending on location. We apologise deeply about this.
We ship our products worldwide at a flat cost of $19.95 AUD per order (excluding NZ - $7.95).

Our prices do not include any customs duty that may or may not be payable in your country for international imports. You are liable for any costs imposed on you by your country customs or import duty companies.
Failure of delivery Information
In the situation when a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address (such as forgetting to note your apartment number) the parcel is automatically returned to us. A reshipment fee of $14.95 must be made to reship the item.
If you wish to cancel the order, the refund amount will be the order price minus a $24.95 return postage and restocking fee.
Return Policy
We have a strict returns policy in regards to our products due to hygiene.
We offer replacements on all damaged or faulty goods, this includes items that may be damaged during transit.
Rollers and serums can only be returned for a refund if the products packaging seal is not broken.
Please ensure that you check the size of the packaging to ensure it is the correct size before opening.
In the event that we send the wrong size/incorrect item, we accept returns at our expense and a replacement will be provided.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on open or used products.
If you believe the goods to be faulty you must contact us within 30 days of receiving. We're unable to offer refunds on faulty goods after this time. You are however, able to get a replacement.
If you wish to return your order due to "change of mind", you must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order. We can offer you a full refund of the purchased product/s minus a $24.95 repacking and processing fee.
Any refunded items will be at the purchased cost of the item only. If you purchase a kit at a discounted rate and return one item from the kit, the refund amount will be the discounted price that you paid, not the full price of the item if purchased separately.
