In the interest of maintaining optimal hygiene standards, we uphold a rigorous policy pertaining to the return and replacement of our products.
Product Replacement:
We provide replacements for all goods that are defective or have been damaged during transit.
Return of Rollers and Serums:
The return of rollers and serums for a refund/exchange is only permissible if the seal of the product packaging remains unbroken. We encourage you to verify the size of the product before breaking the seal.
Incorrect Size/Item:
In the event that an incorrect size or item is dispatched, we will accept returns at our own expense, and a suitable replacement will be provided.
Hygiene Considerations:
Regrettably, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Faulty Goods:
Should you suspect your goods to be faulty, please return the item within a 30-day period from receipt. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to offer refunds, although replacements may still be obtained. If a single item from a kit/bundle is faulty, we will provide a replacement/refund for that item only, not the entire kit/bundle.
Return Due to Change of Mind:
If you wish to return your order due to a change of mind, please return the order within 14 days of receipt. A full refund, less a $24.95 repacking and processing fee, will be provided.
Refund Amount:
Refunds will cover only the cost of the purchased item at the price paid. If an item from a kit/bundle or via coupon code purchase is returned, the refund amount will correspond to the discounted price paid, not the full price of the individual item if purchased separately or without a coupon.
