Afterpay Payment Plans
FAQ
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a way to order any beauty products that value between $40 and $2000 from Essential Derma without having to pay the whole amount upfront. Your order will be shipped out as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly instalments over 6 or 8 weeks with no interest fees.
How do I pay with Afterpay?
Simply add products to your shopping cart from the EssentialDerma.com website, and when you get to the checkout page, fill in your details, then choose Afterpay as your payment option.
After you click 'Confirm and Process Order', you will be taken to the Afterpay website to complete the transaction.
After you have finished the transaction you will be directed back to our website where you will see your purchase confirmation.
Does it cost me more money if I use Afterpay?
No! There is no interest or added fees to you if you select Afterpay as a payment method. The only time you would pay a fee is if you miss a payment.
When does my first payment get taken?
The Afterpay system determines for each order placed, whether you will be required to make your first payment at the time of purchase.
This will be clearly communicated to you prior to you confirming your order.
Are payments deducted automatically?
Yes. If a payment has not been made by you on the Afterpay website before the scheduled payment date, Afterpay will automatically take payment from your default payment method on that date.
The scheduled payment dates can be seen in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was approved, or by logging in to your Afterpay account at www.afterpay.com.au.
To avoid late fees, simply ensure that you have sufficient funds available on the credit or debit card used to ensure the scheduled payment is made successfully.
